Bad connections
Whether residential or commercial premises — phone socket corrosion, loose mounts, or wiring problems out of spec — our team will get to the source quickly.
Internal wiring issues
A TDR helps us pinpoint the problem — at the lead-in point, the phone points, or somewhere along the cable. Open circuits, shorts and intermittent issues are all in scope.
ISP-side faults
Sometimes the fault is out on the street and the symptoms (no dial tone, severe interference, total service drop) get blamed on the customer. We'll diagnose it correctly.
ADSL filter / fly lead issues
Loose fly leads and ADSL filters often cause line drops when calls come in. Easy fix once you know where to look — and we know where to look.
